Invoice and Proposal Pack for Freelancers — Proposal, Invoice, Scope of Work, and Emails

$24.00

Send the proposal, the invoice, and a one-page scope before the work starts. The Invoice and Proposal Pack is for freelancers, virtual assistants, coaches, and consultants. The order is simple: outline the work, the client accepts, you invoice, they pay, then you onboard. It is an outline you both can share. It is not a legal contract.

The proposal

A cover with your logo, the project name, who it is for, the date, and a reply-by date. Then seven sections you fill in:

  • The work
  • What’s included, including revision rounds and how you send updates
  • What’s not included, including third-party costs
  • A timeline table: phase, what happens, and when
  • Investment: line items, what each covers, and the amount
  • How to accept
  • The next step

The invoice

Invoice number, invoice date, and due date. A bill-to block and a from block. A table with description, quantity, rate, and amount. A payment section with the method and the details you type in. Amounts are placeholders. The file does not set your price.

The scope and the emails

The scope is one page: what the work is, what is in, and what is out. Four emails, each with a subject and a body: send the proposal, follow up if it is quiet, send the invoice (number, total, due date, how to pay), and payment received.

Files and how to edit

  • How to Use
  • Proposal, invoice, and scope, each as markdown, print-ready HTML (US Letter), and a sample PDF
  • Four email scripts

Paste the markdown into Google Docs or Canva. Recolor the sample palette (charcoal, off-white, and brass) and add your logo. Replace [Brand Name], [Client Name], [Project Name], [Amount], [Invoice Number], and [Due Date] before you send anything.
