Project Tracker for Freelancers — Projects, Tasks, and Milestones

Keep projects, tasks, and milestones in one workbook. The Project Tracker is an Excel file for freelancers, virtual assistants, and coaches. You enter the work, the dates, and the owners. Open it in Excel, or import it into Google Sheets with File, Import. Replace [Brand Name], then delete or type over the two example rows on each list.

The sheets

• Cover — the front of the file.
• At a glance — counts by status. No amounts.
• Start here — a short version of the instructions.
• Projects — the work, the client, the owner, and the dates.
• Tasks — what happens under a project. Status and priority are dropdowns.
• Milestones — dates worth naming.

Shaded rows are ready to type in. There is no price in the file, and no place that suggests a fee.
