Services and Pricing Guide for Freelancers — Packages, Rate Sheet, and Emails
Hand a client a menu when they are choosing how to work with you. The Services and Pricing Guide is for freelancers, virtual assistants, and coaches. It is three packages, a one-page rate sheet, and three emails. The sample dollars on the preview are fill-in amounts, not the price of this download. The guide is not a legal contract.
The services menu
A cover with your logo, “Services and Pricing,” who it is for, the date, and your email. Default package names are Essentials, Signature, and Retainer. Keep them or rename each one.
- Essentials — a kickoff conversation, the deliverables you name, one revision round, a short written handoff, and updates on the channel you choose.
- Signature — a kickoff plus a short written plan, more deliverables, the revision rounds you set, a closing review, and a full handoff.
- Retainer — a reserved block of support, a check-in each cycle, and scheduling priority inside that block.
Also inside the menu: what is not included (rush, extra revisions, software the client holds, work outside the package), a timeline from reply to handoff, and how to book.
The rate sheet
Five ways to price work that is smaller than a package, or added to one: hourly, half day, a strategy or coaching session, an add-on, and rush. Each row says what it covers. You type the rate. It is not an invoice.
Emails and files
Three scripts: send the guide, follow up, and they picked a package. Each document is markdown, print-ready HTML (US Letter), and a sample PDF, plus a How to Use note. Recolor the charcoal, off-white, and brass sample, add your logo, and replace [Brand Name], [Client Name], and every [Amount] before you send it.
